TZANEEN-PC-TECH Gadget Store refund and returns policy lasts up to 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, then we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. It must also be in the original packaging you received it.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned such as Ink Cartridges when opened and second hand items.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software or eBooks
  • To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
  • Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly as you won’t get any help.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
  • Books, eBooks, software and video games
  • Any item which not in its original condition, tempered with, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your item is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Missing or Late Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank statement again.
  • Then contact your credit card provider, it may take some time before your refund reflect.
  • Next contact your bank because it often takes some time to process a refund transaction.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and Second Hand items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or dead on arrival (DOA). If you need to exchange it for the same item, then send us an email at info@tzaneen-pc-tech.xyz and send your item to: {Tzaneen Old Industrial, Talana Family Cottages next to Talana Bar}.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, then you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If an item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.

Shipping returns

  • To return your product, you should courier or hand deliver your items to: Tzaneen Old Industrial, Talana Family Cottages next to Talana Bar.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping fees for returning your items. Shipping fees are non-refundable!! If you receive a refund, then the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you stay, delivery time for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using trackable shipping services or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
